About the event
Venison, Pheasant and Partridge will be the talking points of the evening, you'll be shown the Skills needed to butcher a venison Haunch into primal cuts. We then make a 2 Bird mini roast using the Game birds stuffing them with sausage meat and wrapping in bacon. We will serving you up a Game Pie and venison stew to finish the evening.
