Sausage making is an art, we will talk you through the stages of the perfect sausage. You'll then make your own batch of sausages to take home and have for Breakfast. Bacon Curing will then commence, we will talk through the scientific process of curing, you'll then be given a piece of pork and cure to take home to cure yourselves. For Dinner on this evening, we make the perfect bacon and sausage sandwich
