For this evening be ready to blown away away with our Dry Aged Steak. We will teach and show you how we prepare a Rib of Beef, You'll also be shown how to French Trim a sirloin to take home. Then its your turn to get the knives out and showcase the skills shown. to finish the evening we will be serving you up Dry aged wraps.
