Strips of fillet steak with a Peppercorn sauce, wrapped in puff pastry and marinated with a garlic and rosemary oil marinade. These Wellingtons are truly stuuning and so easy to cook.


pre heat oven to 200oC then drop down to 170oC place the wellingtons on a flat baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and cook for 20mins, if you like the pastry super crunchy cook for another 5 mins until golden brown.
