Best Braising Steak, we often use the LMC (Lower Mutton Cut) this is from the shoulder of the beef. It has the perfect combination of lean muscle and beautiful marbling which is perfect in Braising.


2 x 500g Steaks are perfect for 4 adults.  


Lightly seal the steaks with some olive oil, rosemary and salt & pepper. Place in an oven dish with some chopped red onions and then cover in red wine. Cook in the oven for 3 hours on 160 degrees, this can then be served with some buttered mash potatoe.
